Can I send traffic from my Facebook page or FB group to my Blogger blog with AdSense? Does it violate the AdSense policy? - Scott Warren - Ad Strategist

Can I send traffic from my Facebook page or FB group to my Blogger blog with AdSense? Does it violate the AdSense policy?

SOOO Many businesses are built around this specific model!

You can get super cheap traffic on Facebook and send it to your website.

You only run into issues with Adsense, when you start manipulating how people interact with your website/blog to increase click through rate on the ads. (causing accidental clicks)

From personal experience, I can tell you this is a fun but difficult business model to run.

I’ve run a nich interest website for the last few years, which until recently made a few thousand dollars a month.

I paid to promote posts on Facebook, which linked back to the blog, where I have Adsense placed.

At the highpoint, I was able to generate visitors at 10 visit per $0.01 spend on Facebook ads.

I’d make back $0.03 -0.05 from Adsense for each visitor.

Eventually the ads became too expensive and it was just a break even proposition.

The extra money was nice, and I learned A LOT from doing it.

A lot of businesses still do something similar to this, with a focus on organic traffic (not paid).

It appears that it still works, if you want to invest the time and build your audience.

Here’s my Zero To 1000 Visitors a Day Challenge post for more about how I did this.
